New Build - Clinker Dinghy

This 10` clinker dinghy is the first of our intended range of new build boats.

She is constructed of mahogany planking on oak timbers with an oak back bone and stem and is riveted with copper nails and roves. The plate case is solid mahogany which has been sheathed on the inside with epoxy and cloth. Each plank is also glued along the lands with epoxy. The mast, boom and gaff are made from spruce, the fittings are all bronze and the pulleys are tufnol with traditional looking buff poly prop sheets and halyard.  The hull and seats etc are finished with 6 coats of Epifanes gloss varnish and the sole boards are finished with non slip varnish.
