24ft Menai Straights one design (number 1)

Sian was bought to us for a complete restoration. Her deck was removed and the hull was completely stripped out, all the timbers were removed and new one’s steamed in and clenched, the stem and stern post were removed and replaced with new, all the floors were replaced and the inside was coated with epoxy. New deck beams were fitted to new beam shelves and a plywood deck was fitted over which was a laid spruce deck. The hull was rolled over and faired and painted with AWL GRIP systems.

The deck was varnished with 10 coats of Epifanes two pack varnish.
